What is Reiki?
Universal life force energy flows through all living things. I can channel this healing energy through my hands as I work my way down your body. You will feel a warmth in areas where healing is needed. I guide you into a meditative state, while you relax, fully clothed, on a luxurious treatment bed. You will be surrounded by lanterns, crystals, candles, incense and relaxing music. This is time just for you, to switch off, let go and go home feeling deeply relaxed. Refreshments and a chat are available after the session. £40 for one hour.
Crystal Sound Bath
Crystal Singing Bowls have a unique energetic vibration. By lightly striking and swirling around the rims, they create healing frequencies that can have a very relaxing and therapeutic effect, on your mind, body and soul. The emission of high vibrational frequencies are like waves penetrating through your energetic field, helping you to de-stress and let go. You will lay on the treatment bed surrounded by candles, lanterns, crystals, and the smell of incense, while I help you enjoy an hour of pure relaxation. £40
Life Balance
Life will always have it's ups and downs. I believe we not only need to feed our physical body, we also need to feed our souls to live a happy and rewarding life. If we have this balance, we can cope better when life throws us a curveball. I have learnt this from experience.
Reiki, sound healing, meditation, mindfulness, getting out in nature, self care, kindness, all help to achieve that balance.
Talking through your problems with a friendly, non judgemental, unbiased listener, in a relaxed, calm, safe space can also help with the healing process.
