What is Reiki?
Universal life force energy flows through all living things. I can channel this healing energy through my hands as I work my way down your body. You will feel a warmth in areas where healing is needed. I guide you into a meditative state, while you relax, fully clothed, on a luxurious treatment bed. You will be surrounded by lanterns, crystals, candles, incense and relaxing music. I will return to the meditation at the end of the session and finish with a sound bath, using Ting Sha bells.
This is time just for you, to fully switch off, let go and go home feeling deeply relaxed. Many of my clients report having a really good night's sleep after their session that day.
Enjoy a drink and a chat after the session if you have time.

Life Balance
Life will always have its ups and downs. I believe we not only need to feed our physical body, we also need to feed our souls to live a happy and rewarding life. If we have this balance, we can cope better when life throws us a curveball. I have learnt this from experience.
Reiki, music, meditation, mindfulness, getting out in nature, and
self-care, all help to achieve that balance.
Talking through your problems with a friendly, non-judgemental, unbiased listener, in a relaxed, calm, safe space can help relieve any worries, depression or anxiety you may have.
So make yourself comfortable, grab a blanket, slippers, a hot drink, let it all out, release that energy and leave happier than you arrived.
